Critter Care Connection, Inc guarantees that every puppy is current on all vaccinations, has been dewormed, microchipped and will be checked by a licensed veterinarian before the sale of the puppy. All puppies come with a medical record that provides the dates of each of these.

 

In addition to that, every puppy is guaranteed against developing a contagious disease within seven days of the date of purchase. This guarantee can be extended for an additional seven days only if the puppy is taken to a licensed veterinarian for a post sale examination. This examination will be done at the buyers expense. If the buyer chooses not to do this exam the puppy will not be guaranteed beyond the initial seven days against any contagious diseases.

If the puppy becomes sick within the guarantee period for contagious diseases or if a veterinarian finds anything medically wrong with the puppy during this guarantee period then the buyer has the following three options:

​

• The puppy may be returned for a full refund

• The puppy may be exchanged for another puppy of equal value

• The buyer may return the puppy to the seller (Critter Care Connection, Inc) for treatment at no expense to the buyer. 

 

Critter Care Connection Inc will not be responsible for any veterinarian expenses under any circumstances. 

 

If death occurs, do not dispose of the puppy without the approval of the seller. Euthanasia (putting the puppy to sleep) voids this guarantee.

 

The seller guarantees the puppy against hereditary or congenital defects that result in death for one year from the date of purchase. Confirmation of death must be accompanied by an official Texas A&M lab report. 

 

There will be a 25% resale fee for any puppy returned within the first seven days for any non-medical reason.
