Critter Care Connection, Inc guarantees that every puppy is current on all vaccinations, has been dewormed, microchipped and will be checked by licensed veterinarian before the sale of the puppy. All puppies come with a medical record that provides the dates of each of these.

 

Your puppy is guaranteed against developing a contagious disease within 14 days of the date of purchase.

 

If puppy becomes sick or if your veterinarian finds anything medically wrong with your during the 14-day guarantee period, the buyer has the following three options:

1. The puppy can be returned for a full refund.

2. The puppy can be exchanged for another puppy of equal value.

3. The buyer can return the puppy to the seller for free medical treatment.

If the buyer chooses treat the puppy at their veterinarian, then the seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses under any circumstances. The buyer was informed of all options at the time of purchase. (Buyers initials confirm knowledge of this policy)

 

If death occurs, do not dispose of the puppy without the approval of the seller or a written statement from a veterinarian explaining the cause of death.

 

The seller guarantees the puppy against hereditary or congenital defects result in death for one year from the date of purchase. Confirmation of death must be accompanied by a veterinarian report confirming the cause of death.

 

There will be a 25% fee for puppies returned within the first 7 days for non-medical reason.

 

No guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, size or breeding ability.

 

This contract is a legal instrument and supersedes all other contracts both verbal and/or written. By signing this contract, the buyer fully understands and agrees to terms outlined above.
