Refund/Cancellation Policy

The buyer has 7 days to return the puppy for a non-medical reason. In the event that the buyer chooses to return the puppy for a non-medical reason, the puppy must be brought back to the store (2602 Mayfield Road, Grand Prairie, Texas 75052) or to an agreed upon location. There is a 25% resale fee for any puppy that is returned for a non-medical reason. All refunds are given in the same manner that the purchase was made.

If the puppy becomes sick within the first 14 days and is diagnosed with a contagious disease by a licensed veterinarian, the buyer has the following 3 options:

• The puppy may be returned for a full refund.

• The puppy may be exchanged for another puppy

• The buyer may return the puppy to the seller for treatment at no expense to the buyer.
